The pool access was limited. Only the children's pool was open!!! Maintenance equipment needed for better upkeep!!! A proper waiting area is necessary for check-ins without uncomfortable heat!!!

great view but inconsistent service
The view from the room was fine. Giving us personalized attention that enhanced our stay.
The drinks served at the poolside bar were not consistent, varying depending on who was making them.

The associates were friendly and helpful. It is located on a lovely beach.
The hot tub was cold and less than half of the jets worked. The food was mediocre. No room service available for dinner.

This place suits me perfectly! The staff was helpful, printing important documents during my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a beautiful outdoor pool make my visits enjoyable. I'm excited to come back for another weekend!

My husband and I enjoyed the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room.
The infrastructure is a bit outdated.

Proximity of the rooms to the beach and the size of the pool.
The staff with a couple of notable exceptions were rude, surly and unhelpful. The food was mediocre and the dining staff were very rude, particularly the person assigned to cook eggs and the woman who was usually on in the morning as the supervisor. The tone of voice and "instructions" given to clients was unacceptable. Having travelled widely I have never experienced such aggression and rudeness from hotel staff.

The location at Starfish Tobago is fine, right next to a beautiful beach with amazing views. My room, a Standard King or Twin Room with Sea View, had a decent layout, though it felt a bit dated. I loved the staff's friendliness. They were always accommodating and helpful, especially when it came to special dietary needs. Still, the dining options could use some work, as the variety felt limited. Meals often took a while to be served, frustrating at times. I was pleased with the range of food choices available, but the drinks menu was inconsistent, sometimes lacking in variety and flavor. Using the pool was a hassle since only the children's pool was available . The main pool had maintenance issues, disappointing. The nightly entertainment was a fun perk, but more activities throughout the day could really elevate the experience. I enjoyed the tranquil setting and friendly atmosphere. Some improvements in food service efficiency and pool accessibility would enhance future stays.

Friendly and helpful staff
Faded and jaded elegance. A coat of paint doesn't work anymore. For the money I would have expected something slightly better. It seems that the package tourists get a far better deal than those arriving under their own steam. No real coffee bar - coffee available for all-in visitors but at a cost for others who actually provided more cash per day visit.
